About Kim Watt
Licensed Therapist, Life Coach, Speaker & Mental Health Advocate
I’m a down to earth therapist who brings compassion, humor, and real support to the work I do. With over 27 years of marriage and raising four kids, I understand the complexities of relationships, communication, and life’s transitions. I work with women going through menopause and midlife, couples, individuals, teens, and LGBTQIA folks navigating life’s challenges including trauma, church trauma, relational struggles, and major transitions. Whether you’re healing old wounds, managing midlife changes, or trying to reconnect and grow together, I offer a safe, grounded space where honesty is welcomed, healing is possible, and lasting transformation can take root.

Here for the Hard and the Healing
"Whether you’re managing stress, healing from church trauma, recovering from a toxic relationship, working through family struggles, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you."
